It's hard to say what goal I have for the first semester. I think, I'm quite good at listening, because I have seen really many movies and I'm also very interested in BBC News 24 where I can listen to the British English which I like the most. I've realised that the main problem about my listening is my vocabulary so my goal for the first semester is simple - to improve my vocabulary skills, but there are many words in English so I need much time for the improvement and that's why it's going to be my goal for all my semesters at the university. I'm going to continue watching movies and BBC News on the internet but the main goal is connected with my vocabulary skills.

I'd like to watch movies without subtitles and understand almost everything what actors or reporters are saying, but I hope it's not necessary to reach this goal by the end of the first semester.
