Classroom management
In my opinion, Classroom management is everything teachers do in the classroom. After making the first step into classroom - you are a manager!! A teacher has to controll everything, the time management, the behaviour of students, his own behaviour (his voice, giving praises, eye contact and many other things), follow his lesson plan and be prepared to make changes according the present situation in the classroom. These things and many others I didn't mention make the teacher's job one of the most difficult occupations of the world. At least for me.
