I didn't have to think twice about the activity connected with a spoken production, because the best activity to improve this part of my skills is exactly the old one. This time I chose to read aloud some pages from "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone" narrated by Stephen Fry who is the British actor.

I read a page of the book silently, then I read it aloud and then I read the page aloud again and record myself. After that I listened to the narrator and tried to repeat each sentence after him. Then I read the page aloud with the narrator and then I made the final recording - I read the chapter aloud without the narrator and I record myself. In my opinion this is the best activity for improving my English, because I can improve many English skills at the same time. It's very useful for my pronunciation, I can learn to speak more fluently, I can also concentrate on my pronunciation when I follow the narrator. The only problem is that it takes realy much time to make all the recordings.

Moreover, I also decided to make some records of my spoken production when I was preparing for the final exam of "British History". I created these records in order to listen to them e.g. during my journey to Brno. Firstly, I made excerpts from the book and then I simply read them aloud. I think that it is a good activity if you want to learn the subject and improve your spoken production at the same time.
