Hi,

my name is Libor Pecha and I'm studying at the Masaryk University in Brno. My personal portfolio was created just because of my studying at the university, actually. It is also created for my teachers but soon I've found out that it's also very useful for me in many ways.
When I am creating the portfolio I am in touch with English and I can improve my vocabulary skills and also my writing skills.

I'd like to apologise for many mistakes I'll make on the website-portfolio, but I want you to understand that I'm not perfect at English - this is the reason I'm studying English :-).

I've been studying English for more than six years. I had never been studying English at a primary or secondary school, so when I was about 35 years old I decided to learn English only on my own and afterwards I continued with my teacher. I learned wit the teacher twice a week for more than 3 years and then, when I improved my skills, I learned with her on the skype. 

I'm not a very selfconfident person so it took really long time to persuade me into trying to make entrance examination of the university. I was really afraid but finally I decided to overcome my fears, I closed my eyes and just went :-). Fortunatelly, it worked because these days, I'm studying at the university and it seems that my dreams come true. I believe that it worked mainly because I was able to overcome the fears, overcome myself. In my opinion, in comparison with most of my classmates I'm not as good as they are at English but I don't want to think about it this way. I 'm going to study hard and be satisfied with myself and if so I belive that everything will be fine.

I would like to become a teacher and have many kids around me whom I could teach not only English but also many useful things for living - especially to be themselves and happy.
